Learners can access our starter floristry, wedding career courses and funerary flower courses  throughout the year and can be completed over several weeks (recommended)
or an intensive course over two weeks. 
We keep course numbers low to ensure focussed teaching and learning.
(Larger numbers can be catered for on request).
 

 Our  floristry courses are delivered by our tutor
Tricia Cooke, not only an award winning florist but also a fully qualified teacher. 

Courses are  based on both real practical floristry skills and theory including the business side of floristry, a learning package for those who dream of starting up in floristry-this could be developing a creative business from home or looking to specialise
as a wedding or event florist. 

We can also give you the opportunity to experience of spending some time in our busy shop/workshop.

For those who love flowers our day workshops are the perfect solution-lots of practical projects using the freshest flowers, and some theory to give learners some in depth knowledge of the skills and materials we will be using.

Our floristry courses and workshops are held
in a real florists workshop in the village of Seaton Burn which is on the Newcastle/Northumberland border.
